Welcome

We are pleased to announce additional information about the Fourth Annual PacWest SFS Training Conference. We will be meeting at the beautiful, all-inclusive resort, Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa on May 16-18, 2012. The conference agenda is filled with current and timely topics and excellent speakers. An agenda will be available soon on our website so keep checking!

PacWest SFS has a new cost structure for our 2012 conference. The conference rates vary based upon membership. We have not increased our membership rate; it remains at $75 for the year. PacWest SFS membership provides access to our all-new PacWest SFS website which includes conference session information, vendor sponsored webinars, job postings, discussions on Higher Education topics via our forum and much more!

We are offering an Early Bird Special for those conference attendees who register before March 16, 2012. The Early Bird rate for PacWest SFS members is $365. The Early Bird rate for non-members is $465. Registration rates beginning on March 17th are $450 for members and $550 for non-members. The late registration rates are still great considering the location and the conference sessions. However, register early to save money! Please note these outstanding rates include all meals and snacks while attending the conference in beautiful La Jolla!!

We have secured a nightly room rate of $169 + tax* at the Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa for our conference. This rate is guaranteed for 3 days prior to and after the conference concludes. However, due to the amazing support of our corporate sponsors, Pacwest is able to subsidize a portion of the hotel rate and offer conference attendees an outstanding rate of $139 + tax* for Wednesday and Thursday night stay which will reflect upon your checkout with the hotel. If these rates don’t sell you, please check out the Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa at the following link and see what you may be missing
 * Please note that the Hospitality service fee of $12 per day has been waived for us. Also, tax and tourism fees total approximately 12%.*
