ECSI has been supporting the Federal Perkins Loan Program since 1972. ECSI is capable of providing/performing billing, borrower contact, accounting, entitlement processing, adjustments, payment processing, loan reporting, training for University personnel and due diligence support for Federal Perkins, Health Professions, Nursing and Institutional loan programs. The services provided will be in full compliance with regulations and guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Education; the Federal Trade Commission; and all other applicable Federal, State and Institutional Regulations and guidelines and to protect the integrity of the data.
