Conference Cancellation Policy
Cancellations - Requests for cancellation of registration must be made by the registrant in writing to email@example.com.
Refunds – Full refund of registration fee, less the $75 annual membership fee, will be made for cancellations made up through March 1. Due to financial obligations incurred by PacWest SFS, no refunds will be issued for cancellations after March 1.
Substitutions – Registrants unable to attend the conference may send another individual from their institution/organization in their place. Substitutions must be received in writing from the registrant via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Substitute’s information (Name, Title, Department, Email, Phone) should be provided when making the request.
Hotel – Registrants are responsible to cancel their room reservation directly with the hotel. Registrants are bound by room cancellation policies, outlined by the hotel, upon booking and confirming their hotel reservation.
PacWest SFS abides by copyright laws and requires all speakers/attendees to obtain copyright permission prior to using copyrighted material. PacWest SFS is not responsible for any copyright infringement caused by speakers/attendees and any legal action pursued will fall on the responsibility of the individual that may have committed the infringement.
